# Welcome to Arctos

Welcome to **Arctos**, and thank you for choosing to explore our theme for your Shopify store. 

Picking a theme is genuinely one of the harder calls you'll make when setting up a Shopify store. Get it wrong and everything downstream feels like a fight. Get it right and the store almost builds itself.

We built Arctos for founders and creators who care about how their store looks and behaves, not just whether it technically works.

### Why choose Arctos?

Most themes give you a box and tell you to decorate it. We took a different approach. Arctos is a framework for telling your brand's story visually, starting from the moment someone lands on your page and following them through to checkout.

Every section and motion effect has a job to do. Nothing is decorative for its own sake.
